What are your Operating Hours?Monday - Thursday : 12pm - 10pm Friday - 3pm - 10pm Weekends & Public Holiday : 10am - 6pm

How often does the walls get reset?We reset every Thursday, by section. We have divided the gym wall in 4 sections - Slab Wall, Main Wall, L-Shape Wall & Stand-alone Wall.

Are children allowed to climb?Yes, children are allowed to climb provided that their parent/guardian is accompanying them at all times.

What are the available payment methods?All purchases have to be made at the gym - We accept Cash, NETS, PayLah and Scan & Pay (Paynow & Grabpay).

Can we use our outdoor shoes to climb?No, but you can rent a pair of climbing shoes from the gym for $5.

Do we have to fill up any waiver forms?Yes, and it's to be done at the gym itself.

Do we still have to book to climb?As of May 4th, you do not have to book a session to climb but we will still be implementing a maximum capacity of 25 climbers in the gym at any one time to not compromise your experience with us here. Check out our Live Counter here.

Does the passholder have to be present in order to share the multipasses?No they don't, but do get their gym ID for quicker entry process.

Do we still have to wear our masks?From 29 August 2022, masks will be optional indoors. Nevertheless, members of the public are encouraged to continue to exercise responsibility and caution, by wearing masks to protect themselves and others especially when visiting crowded places or interacting with vulnerable persons. Since it is now a walk-in system with a capacity of 25 climbers in the gym, what happens if we arrive and it's full? Are we still allowed to go in?Sorry but you will be denied entry. You have the option of waiting outside the gym or going out till a slot becomes available. So do keep a lookout on our Live Counter (link in bio).

Are we allowed to re-enter the gym if we leave for a meal or run errands that will take awhile?You are only allowed to do so during non-peak hours, do inform the staff on duty if you are to do so. Please be mindful of giving others the opportunity to climb as well. And no we are not stopping you from going to the toilet or from having a smoke break, as long as you're back within 10 minutes especially during peak hours. Should you plan to be away for more than 10 minutes, it will be good to finish up your session so as to be considerate to others who would want to climb too.

Are there any session slots?There's no sessions, climbers may stay as long as they like but their spot will be released once they leave the gym. Although during peak hours please be mindful of others wanting to climb as well.

How will we know the gym's capacity at the time?Do check our Live Counter here. Our staff on duty will be updating it as and when a climber arrives or leaves.

Why is there a maximum capacity of 25 climbers?Due to our modest sized gym, we want climbers to still have the space to have fun and still have a safe climb and fall. This picture only has 9 climbers in it.
